The Comfort Shoe Shop is a privately owned modern business that has developed alongside the long established clothing shop run and owned by Geoffrey and Bridget Gook for over 40 years.  It is situated in the High Street of the small Waterside town of Hythe, Hampshire on the banks of Southampton Water.

The shop underwent complete modernisation during July of 2004 at the hands of a specialist firm, who have recently returned (February 2008) and have modernised the adjoining shop so that it can be dedicated to the Hotter brand.  This has allowed our original shop to devote more space to our other brands all of which will continue  with even better stock levels than before. The shop is spacious, well lit and well stocked and employs caring, helpful staff. The opening hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday inclusive. During these hours the staff will be pleased to guide you through the options available to help you find really comfortable shoes.

The whole ethos of the thinking behind the business is comfort and the brands stocked all in their own way contribute to the search for comfort. You will not be disappointed with the service when you call.
